Warranty, Support Services and Training
Digital house offers a limited lifetime warranty on all cables and cable installation done throughout your home or business. All peripherals come with the standard manufacturer’s warranty. Any extended warranty provided is considered third party. For extended service assistance please call the extended service provider directly.
Digital house offers complete support services for all facets of your home or office network installation and implementation that have been configured by its technicians or sub contractors. We fully support and back the complete integrity of your home or office network and wiring infrastructure.
Terms and Conditions
All sales of materials and equipment to the customer are final. Digital house does not accept returns on properly functioning items. All concerns about capability and functionality of specified equipment must be addressed prior to installation.
Digital house shall not be held liable for any special, incidental, indirect or consequential damages or for the loss of profit, revenue, or data. The sole remedies for our liability of any kind with respect to the products or services provided by Digital house or its subcontractors shall not exceed the total charges paid for these products or services.
Digital house will not be held responsible for any installation related patch work sanding or painting. Digital house or its sub contractors are not responsible for the condition or functionality of previously installed or relocated equipment.
Digital house is not responsible for the reliability or maintenance of any broadband, cable or satellite services. These responsibilities are for contractual obligation of the service provider.
Digital house is not responsible for modification made by the customer to the Digital house system configuration during installation or after acceptance of the project.
